This program consists of a complete Three Month Cycle. During this cycle you will develop a much larger “gas tank”, a lot of hidden strength, more energy, and a much faster reaction time to assist MMA training.
Weekly Check-Ins: Weekly check-ins occur Every Sunday during a time that works for both you and your coach. During weekly check-ins, progress photos are taken and adjustments to your macronutrient or training plans are made if necessary.
Nutrition Support: All of our coaches have formal certifications in nutrition; however, traditional nutrition advice is outdated. In this program, you will get personalized, up to date, and non-government pushed nutrition guidance from our coaches based on your specific combat sport… not the typical copy-paste “make boxes of chicken and rice for each day of the week” planet fitness trainer flow.
Experienced Coaches: All of our MMA Conditioning Coaches have 15 years minimum experience in MMA.
Daily Text Support (Telegram): Day-to-day communication between you and your coach happens on Telegram Messenger. Your coach can assist with any questions you may have throughout the week. Our coaches aim to respond to daily messages within 12 hours of receipt. Our coaches are based worldwide (in first-world, English-speaking countries) so this is to account for different time zones.
